We had the most fun shooting Emily & Will’s engagement session this past weekend! I had this idea to do a suped up engagement shoot…complete with lots of fun locations, lots of outfits and fun stuff and even a videographer there to truly turn the shoot into a cool rockstar video! The weather was perfect and all went great! My amazing friends, Brandon & Cybil, from B&C Digital Media teamed up with us on this shoot and we had a blast together, as we always do! They are also UBER talented and I knew they would do an amazing job!! Em & Will were awesome and major troopers…because hours of acting fun and cute can get a little old…but they kept their spirits up and did a GREAT job…and we really appreciated it!! AWESOME STUFF JESS! This is one of my favorite E-sessions that you have shot yet!!! What an adorable couple!
I had to smile when I saw the balloons - we were thinking about buying 30 balloons for my birthday and doing some sort of funky shoot:-)

Mrs. Strickland…thank you SOOOOOO much for including us in on this shoot! We had a blast and hope others will want to do something like this as well.
A side note to the post…Emily & Will had just closed on their house the day before the shoot!!! Some of the shots you see were taken at the house! I was thinking that day…I would have loved to have had Jessica & Mark shooting pictures of us when we got our house! I know that will mean a lot to E&W down the road.

Ok so you asked me what I wanted to do for our engagement shoot, GREAT location, i love all the shots of them, especially the one of them laying in the grass with her hand in his hair. Love everything about these photos!

OHHH MYYYYYYY GOSH!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS SOOOOOOO AWESOME!!!! :):):):) I love that it all flows with the song!! IT IS PERFECT! Cant wait until next weekend! I know you will give us the opportunity to remember our wedding in the most awesome way forever!

I am just setting up a wedding photography business in the UK. I found your site about a month ago and was totally knocked out by your photography. This latest set is truly awsome it takes portrait photography to a new level - I think I must have played the show 20 times already. ! I bet Emily and Will are so pleased with this. Inspirational !!

Great job, Jess! Same to you, B&C! I think engagement shoots are a perfect (and efficient) occasion to shoot our “Love Story” type videos at the same time.
