Oh I love this family and sweet little RORY!! She’s getting soo big at age 1, even though she’s still a little peanut! We were rained on for most of their shoot…but they were troopers and Rory kept the charm coming!!! As I’ve said before, Katie and I have been friends for most of our lives and it’s soo fun to now be Mom’s together….and know that our girls will be friends! John, Katie & Rory…love you guys, thanks for enduring the bad weather for this shoot and doing an awesome job anyway!!

Do yourself a favor….sit down, relax and get a glass a wine because THIS, my friends, is going to be a looong blog post….and I’m not even SORRY because this weddding was that AWESOME!!! Oh where to begin!? I ADORE these two people to the core (and they are pretty easy on the eyes, which never hurts!! you might remember their super awesome blog debut here), this wedding was an absolute BLAST, this wedding party was the BOMB, the entire day was just incredible!! From a fun, chill, champagne and toast filled morning….to a beautifully intimate ceremony at a stunning Church (I was obsessed with their modern accents and the insanely gorgeous tilework….as you will see below!), to the MOST fun time with the wedding party in downtown Chicago (done in record time, I might add!!), to a beautiful reception complete with money falling from the sky at nearly all times (don’t believe me? scroll down for about 5 minutes)!!! It doesn’t get much better than THAT, friends!! Erica & Dan….you two are the BEES KNEES….I am crazy about you and I LOVED getting to be a part of your day! Thank you for making me (and your hundreds of facebook friends) crazy jealous with your daily album of facebook images from your amazing month long European tour of a honeymoon!! I hope you’ve had the time of your life….you two deserve it!! A million congrats….soo happy for you both….all my love! Now go have beautiful kids already so I can photograph them too…
