Wow…I just saw this for the first time and I HAD to share it…..

This is SOO true in the industry of photography…and something that I a very passionately hate! I do NOT retouch any of my photographs…I think people are best when they are REAL!

So, I’m just in the mood to share all things non business today! I had a really busy weekend and have been working like a crazy women, so I need a little time to just not think about anything but fun stuff….hope you don’t mind! This time of year always makes me feel warm & fuzzy inside. I love fires in the fireplace, the smell of warm cinnamony vanilla candles, eating soup, the idea that Christmas is coming, wearing warm sweaters, carmel apple cider at Starbucks, beautiful leaves, etc. It’s all soo yummy & warm. It reminds me of my favorite things and that great feeling of loving your absolute favorite things in life!

I’m a REALLY passionate person about things I love and I openly share that info with everyone I know!! (i’m GREAT for the referral based business!) hehe!! My sister & I even go to the extent of doing our “favorite things” and every now and then, we buy each other our current favorite things and it’s this super fun surprise! I love it! I also love hearing about websites and other cool stuff that people love! I seriously have about 500 bookmarks of my favorite sites, so I’m bummed that I can’t share them all! I’ll save that for another blog post, soon!! Ok…so HERE are a few of my CURRENT favorite things!!!!

Citizens of Humanity jeans (this is a longtime FAV of mine…and a WEEE bit expensive, but worth EVERY single penny…really!!!), LA made & Splendid tshirts (i’m a tshirt, jeans & heels kind of girl…so I LOVE a really great, well fitting, soft tshirt!!), Fabulous Stationary notecards,

Chips & Salsa from ABUELOS (if you don’t have an Abuelos, i’m truly sorry! I’m going TONIGHT…I’ll think of you!),

Carmex (i’ve been addicted since I was practically an infant), Chris Botti music (a long time addiction of mine), the TV show Brothers & Sisters (very SMART show…who does NOT love the WHITTY Calista Flockhart!), Oreo’s & Milk (an OLD standard that I recently and happily rediscovered and LOVE!!), the TV show HOUSE (the BEST show in tv in my opinion), VS Secret Embrace Bra (YES, that is too much info, but seriously….you HAVE to try them if you haven’t and I’m willing to share TOO much info to get you to try them!),

Limited Suits (I’m a suit expert b/c I wear one every single weekend of my life and abuse the heck out of them…and have learned that the LIMITED suits perform the VERY best of them allllll AND are sexy, which is always a good thing), Lime Green and Brown color combination,

Carmel Apple Cider from Starbucks (as mentioned MANY times, that is JUST how much I LOVE THEM!!) Canvas Photographs in LARGE sizes(upwards of 40×40)…and in series of 2 or more, ROC eyecream(MUST try to believe…it really works), JCrew Favorite Tanks with shelf bra(a girl can NEVER have enough tanks and these are the best! I must own 20 of them!!), Marimekko textile wall art (google IT),

******EDIT……OF COURSE, my camera is one of my MOST favorite things ever…which I have openly shared many times! (CANON 5D…the BEST camera ever made, trust me, I’ve owned MOST of them!!)I’m also completely obsessed with 1.2 lenses(and WAITING for November so that I can FINALLY have the 50mm 1.2) AND if you know me, you know that my HUSBAND is the ABSOLUTE best thing that EVER happened to me and he qualifies as my MOST favorite thing on EARTH!!!

*****ANOTHER EDIT….totally forgot about my undying love for SUSHI, mostly the PHILADELPHIA ROLL!!! the VERY BEST!! AND I’m really loving peep toe heels & 2& 3/4 inch heels (enough heel to look hot but STILL comfortable! a HUGE thing for me, considering that I wear heels 7 days a week!) and super ultra soft cozy throw blankets!! (thanks for the reminder, brooke!)
