…AND I’M SICK!!!! YUCK!!! Today is my first Saturday off since April! AHHH! I scheduled it that way b/c I knew I would be WAAAY behind come August…after having a wedding every weekend since April…… and so to schedule a little bit of time to catch up would DEFINITELY be necessary. Well, I guess I’ll just say that I’m a little more behind (or maybe ALOT more) than I thought I would be, so unfortunately, two weeks without weddings won’t help much…but it was a good idea anyway. Well, sure enough, Mark and I go out to breakfast this morning to celebrate a day off…and after breakfast, I realize that maybe it wasn’t such a good idea. Well, I’ll save you the details of what happened next….I’ll just say that I was in Target….and encase you need advice, let me advice you that getting sick in Target isn’t fun…well….I don’t remember a thing after that and it’s now 5:30. Hmmm….where did my day off go? I guess I needed the sleep…but it’s NOT fun to be sick on your day off. YUCK! I’m working on convincing myself that I feel good though so that I can pull myself together and Mark and I can go out for a fun night. We’ll see how that goes. I REEEEALLY want to enjoy my time b/c once weddings start back up on the 19th…I’m booked straight into December, so I neeeeed to get myself geared up! For now, I think I’ll go lay back down. Good thing God knows me well enough to save my getting sick time until I’m not at a wedding! That was a great idea…thanks, God!

I have the WORLD’S BEST HUSBAND!! He is always soo wonderful and sweet and loving….but every now and then, he just is the BEST EVER! Like…for example, this past week, he tells me to block the first week in December b/c we are going away for an anniversary suprise! YAAAAY!!! I’m soooo excited!! He won’t tell me anything…except for that he is apparently going to try to buy me a special dress for some special event we’re going to! Should be good! (even though I’m a tad bit concerned…because I have a pretty specific style….keeping my fingers crossed!!) Also..this past weekend at my wedding, he was the oh-so-lovely assistant…which he usually is…and I was in my usual hurry to leave the Church and meet my couple at our off site photographing location…well, it was about 327 degrees out….aka miserable…and so I ran back to my car after the formal exit and that amazing husband of mine had my car running, the air on so it was nice and cool, a cold bottle of water in my cupholder, both camera’s sitting in my console ready with the appropriate lenses, cf cards & batteries, the rest of the equipment loaded and ready to go…. and he greeted me with my door held open and a kiss!

HELLO…he is the BEST!!!!!!! Oh, I just love HIM!!! Later that night, he proceeded to walk a half of a mile to my car to get my jacket so I wouldn’t be cold! Then, he waited up late for me to get home so he can be sure I made it home safe and help me unload my car!! See…HE’S SOO GRRRREAT!!!! Welllllllll, yesterday, I got home from my meetings and sure enough, he’d gone to the grocery for me b/c he knew we were out of Milk and other stuff….and he came home with these gorgeous red roses and they were sitting on the table FOR ME!!!! Yes, ME!! Wow…..he’s soooooo YUMMY that husband of mine! I’ll report back with pics of the “special secretive trip” in December! So…stay tuned…till December!!! hehe! In the meantime, I just wanted to let ya’ll know that MY HUSBAND ROCKS!!! LOVE YOU, BABE!!!!
