I’m almost at a loss for words to say about Ami & Neal’s wedding!! I have soo many thoughts, soo many things I loved, such a true affinity for them as a couple….it’s hard to wrap up in words! So, I will say this….Ami & Neal….I think you are both incredible, wonderful, dynamic and special people! I feel soo honored that you chose me to be a part of your wedding, share it with you and witness your love and joy! The wedding was simply fantastic….soo beautiful, soo special, soo fun!!! Thank you, also…for enduring the heat (it was 85 degrees with 100% humidity when I showed up to start coverage at 5:30 in the morning…then nearly 100 degrees when we did their outdoor images!! NO kidding!!!) and still happily doing everything I requested in the name of photos!!

My hope is that the raw love that you both have for one another and incredible connection that you share grows with each year and only becomes more amazing than it is today!! All my love to you both!!

OH…and I simply couldn’t fit this wedding into one post! So, there are two!

WOW…what a couple, what a wedding, what a place!! I can’t say enough about Matt & Robyn…they have been soo kind, easy going yet organized and awesome since the day they booked…and their wedding reflected those awesome qualities perfectly! It was soo relaxed and enjoyable…soo fun and easy going…soo beautiful and perfectly executed..and all in all, truly fantastic!! I also LOVED the Danada House…as you will see (forgive me for my detail/landscape obsession)! Such a cool, unique place with awesome photo opportunities in every direction! As per the summer as a whole, it was a steamy hot 96 degree day…but it didn’t phase Matt or Robyn…they just enjoyed every minute and totally embraced outdoor pictures!! Thank you, Matt & Robyn, for having me to Chicago to share in your incredible wedding and allow me the priviledge to photograph it! You are both truly wonderful and I have loved working with you!!

What an awesome couple Allison & Ben are and what a TERRIFIC wedding they had! I hadn’t met them prior to their wedding day because they have been living in Chicago (aboout to move to California!), were getting married in Columbus, Ohio..and I’m obviously in Indy….and when I met them, I completely adored them!! They were everything I expected and TONS more!! They were soo relaxed on their wedding day and just thoroughly enjoyed it!! They also endured like champs on an incredibly hot, rainy and steamy day…and were just soo fun and great through it all…as were their awesome family and wedding party members! Allison and Ben…thank you for having me and allowing me to capture your wedding…it was incredible, fun, full of warmth and SUCH great style….and I just LOVED being a part of it!!

I love the Ketubah signing….and Jewish ceremonies! They are very sweet!

I’ve always had an affinity for The Woodstock Club…it’s very warm and inviting, yet beautifully formal and perfect for a wedding with the colors that Allison chose…..

Did I mention that I love Jewish weddings….

Adrianne & Tyler!! I adore you guys!! What a TERRIFIC wedding you had…so perfectly sweet, intimate, warm, charming, personal, fun, unique and wonderful! I truly loved it!! Adrianne & Tyler are both from Zionsville (as is yours truly!)….they recently bought a great house in the village and had their wedding reception downtown, so it was fitting to do pictures on Main Street! It very personal and I love when weddings really reflect the couple! And how great is it when you can walk to your locations on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon…. Tyler on his way to meet his gorgeous bride in their back yard with Adrianne anxiously awaiting his arrival…

Wow, what an incredible wedding Diane & Hunter had!! Within 10 minutes of meetings Diane, I knew several things were for sure….one, this would be an incredible wedding…two, it would ooooze with style…and three, we would have the kind of relationship that just clicked and was awesome!! I was totally right….and I can’t tell you how much I loved being a part of this wedding!! Combine downtown Chicago, New Years Eve, One stunning and incredible couple and fun wedding party, a stellar, uber stylish venue and top it off with one crazy awesome wedding dress…and you have a recipe for magic. We had such a fun day….starting off with the rehearsal, through a fun day of pictures with the bride & groom and wedding party, to a beautifully sweet ceremony and into one heck of an awesome party that brought in the New Year! Another very sweet first meeting…

I ADORE this series soooo much!!! Couldn’t decide on the black and white or sepia…loved them both…so you get them both!

And we were off to the Train Station because it was a windy, take your breath away 12 degrees outside in Chicago…and had to be in the double negatives with the windchill! Yikes!

I can’t believe Diane endured this….she’s such a trooper! I was totally scared I would have my first bride with frostbite!

One amazing cocktail hour…complete with incredible food and LOTS of it…which continued through the end of the night with meals, snacks and desserts galore! Oh soo tempting for a pregnant chick!

And then the stunning reception…

Hunter and Diane did the countdown! HAPPY NEW YEAR 2010!!!!!!!

After the incredible cocktail hour, then salad and a full dinner, then cake, then a full dessert and fruit bar, they had a late night snack to complete the night!

To say I was excited about this wedding is a major understatement!! It was the wedding my wonderful, amazing, stylish and completely lovely cousin, Robin!! I completely adore Robin…and now her new and awesome husband, Chris! I have been soo excited since they asked me to photograph their wedding! It was very special and meaningful to be a part of the wedding as a guest and a photographer….and watch her walk down the aisle through my tears, as I remembered her and I playing wedding dress up years ago when we were kids!! It was soo near and dear to my heart, as is she! They picked an amazing venue, The Creek Club at I’ON in Charleston, South Carolina! First off, Charleston is down right perfect. I’m in love with that city, I think I could live there in a heartbeat! Then, we visited the neighborhood where their venue was, called I’ON….and it was like a dream. Amazing homes, incredible charm and style, beautiful landscapes and architecture, unreal style….I was in LOVE! I could have moved into the neighborhood in 10 seconds flat, NO joke!! It was the perfect place for a shoot, too…I could have shot there all day!! All in all, it was truly an amazing day and I couldn’t have loved it more!! Robin & Chris…love you soo much and was truly soo honored to be a part of your incredible day!! Soo happy for you both and excited for the future!! xoxo!!

And the sweetest first meeting…oh gosh, it was a teary one too…for all of us! loved it!
