We went up Chicago at the beginning of the month to be a part of what I KNEW would be an amazing wedding and I was NOT dissappointed!! Krissy & Jimmy are just amazing; warm, stylish, fun, kind and completely terrific….and their wedding fit them perfectly!! It was also one interesting day, weather wise….as Chicago proceeded to get totally pounded with a snow, sleet and ICE storm right smack in the middle of the wedding day!! Everyone’s spirits stayed warm & lively, though….despite the lovely 2 inch ice coating on the entire city! I was thankful that a nearby Westin hotel took pity on us and welcomed us in for our post ceremony pictures! Mark and I shared our 5 year anniversary the day before Krissy & Jimmy’s wedding and they are soo wonderful and thoughtful, that they presented us with the toss bouquet in honor of our anniversary! SOO sweet!! I adore you, K&J….thank you for allowing us to be a part of your incredible wedding and for treating us like family!
