2008

After a long day of shooting today, I was driving home and staring into this insanely gorgeous sunset! We’ve had a week full of amazing sunsets in Indianapolis…each night a new one, better than the last! As I was just mesmerized by it, it dawned on me…tomorrow is the last day of the year, the finale of 2008.

I’ve been really busy and so it has sort of snuck up on me! I’m also in total awe at how incredibly fast time goes, how the year has been like a blink….as was the last year and the years before that. That feeling never seems to change, how time is always just FLYING by and we are just along for the ride!

This year has been incredible, soo full of the most wonderful weddings,

fantastic clients, rich family growth, terrific business growth, etc, etc, etc….I can honestly say that I don’t feel like their are adequate words for my gratitude for it all.

I’m not the best at putting my thoughts or emotions to words (although with how much I share, I know it doesn’t appear as though that is a problem! ha!)….the depth of my thoughts and richness of my feelings never seems to translate quite right…so I will just say, from the bottom of my heart, thank you!! Thank you for your business, for appreciating my work, for sharing your friendship, for allowing me to share in the most important aspects of your life and entrusting them to me, for following this blog (when there are soo many to give your time to these days) and being the most wonderful clients and friends that a girl could ever hope or want for!! So, (at the risk of sounding cheesy!) as the sun sets on 2008, I wish a HAPPY NEW YEAR…and all the very best for 2009!! (yes, that is a siloh…we live out in the country..sort of! We love it, though…and it’s the best place for viewing sunsets!) :)
