that my SHOOTSAC has FINALLY ARRIVED!??? YES!!!

It came yesterday and I wasn’t fully sure of what it was….and THEN….I opened the box and this bright green card caught my eye and I was soo excited!! SO, JUST an FYI…if you ordered your SHOOTSAC from Jessica Claire in Las Vegas then YOURS will arrive shortly TOOO!!!!

I decided to go with the black damask pattern for my first cover, since it goes with my black wedding suit really well, and it goes well with a white, bright yellow or bright green tee & jeans (my standard for shooting engagements & such)! I do plan to branch out into some more fun covers in the future!! I also appreciate the standard black cover that comes with it…for those times when you really don’t want to draw too much attention to yourself! I’m headed to Ohio tomorrow for an engagement shoot and then down to Southern Indiana on Saturday for a wedding, so I will get lots of opportunities to use it! Can’t wait! I still think this was SUCH a great idea and I’m soo glad Jessica Claire created it because I have been in search of something JUST like this for a LONG time!! THANKS JESS!! You are GREAT!!!:)

I have decided to SELL my CANON 50 1.2!! I am just WAAAY to addicted to my 85 1.2 and so, honestly and truly, I just don’t use the 50 1.2 all that much after spending a long time relying on the 85 before the 50 came along. It’s obviously an amazing and extremely popular lens, the stats on it are proof of that and it’s one of the hottest new items of the year…..but it just doesn’t fit my personal shooting style as much as the 85 1.2 and 135 2.0 do, SOOO…I have decided to SELL IT!!! I’m a firm believer in not keeping equipment unless it fits my personal style and I use it ALOT….because, for one…equipment is too pricey AND cause other people could be creating amazing images with it!!

I purchased it BRAND SPANKING NEW the very day it arrived for the first time at my local distributor! It is still in FLAWLESS condition and is from a very good, warm & loving home!! WOW…..WHERE to even begin???? I guess by saying that Vegas was the BEST EVER this year….and I could NOT have had more fun (until next year!!) or shared it with MORE WONDERFUL people! I seriously am SOO blessed with the MOST wonderful friends! All of my very best friends are people who I adore more than words can say and I got to share most of my trip with them…and that made it soo totally special. I also got to see old friends who I love and met lots of new ones, who I now love!! I traveled with two of my best friends, Robbie & Lauren(thanks r&l for putting up with me…sorry you had to be the third wheel r.)….and we went to work in the tradeshow booth of our dear friend, Gary Fong….and have FUN…and THAT WE DID….it was such a GREAT time!! I could seriously go on forever and tell many GREAT stories…but I just want to show the pictures because that will tell the story! I love you ALL and cannot tell you how MUCH FUN I had!! Till next year….

Hi, everyone! THANKS SOO MUCH for all of your super kind words about this fun new blog! You are all soo wonderful and I appreciate your encouraging words SOOO much!! I did the blog pretty much off of REQUESTS for it and so I was afraid I would come off sounding like I just know it all and felt as though I should share that with you…when really, that is NOT AT ALL how I feel…so I GREATLY appreciate you all recieving it soo warmly and just like I hoped!!! You are the BEST!!!
