I started with them on my very first wedding and never looked back. Excellent customer service (VERY IMPORTANT IMO) and truly beautiful products. I actually do work with the New York branch and have never once had a problem. Everyone is very friendly and they take care of things ASAP!! I used to live in NYC and I kind of like calling and hearing that old NYC accent:-) Craig - I am surprised they would not let you sign up. I would give them a call and ask again. I did not have a problem when shooting only one wedding but the policy could have changed since then I guess. IMO, If I shoot someone's wedding, and they'd like a wedding book, I'd love to sell them on the Leather Craftsmen 3500 series. I love their look and feel. ...but cripes, if they don't want to throw me a bone, I'm not sure I want to deal with them further down the road. Is this company brimming with arrogance?
