What an absolutely incredible day, simply perfect in every way! From the minute I met Brian and Shelby, I just knew that I would love them…they are soo terrific, fun, endearing, sweet, funny, quirky, warm, silly and absolutely perfect together. We did their engagement session a while back and just had soo much fun…I’ve truly been smitten with them ever since!! When I heard the plan for their wedding day….a family estate in Nashville, a stunning barn that is soo much more than a barn, surrounded by their closest friends and family…I could NOT wait! As the day approached, the weather looked amazing….and all in all, it was! We could have used a few more degrees to make it a smidge warmer, but it was great!! It was the kind of wedding people dream of….soo full of meaning, thoughtfulness, special locations, close family and friends, special moments throughout the entire day, a dream team of wedding vendors, I could go on! As I stepped back to photograph the overall scene of sun setting while the guests all dined, laughed and toasted in the dinner tent set in front of Brian’s family home…I couldn’t help but just have that “this is what life is really about” feeling. It was just perfect in every way and I was beyond honored to be a part of it! Shelby & Brian…I just adore you both!
